A very welcoming, cozy atmosphere! All employees friendly and totally humorous! Food freshly and deliciously prepared, both breakfast and dinner! I haven't discovered anything that I could fault! I can only recommend! Keep it up!

Nice experience and view. Good food. A little extensive maybe...

Loud atmosphere. Fast service, but very "cool" and "factual". Drinks and pieces of cake were very tasty. The sugar was forgotten in the hot lemon and only normal sugar instead of brown sugar was brought on request. On the whole to be recommended for in between.

We felt very comfortable, nice atmosphere, nice service. Food, coffee and cake were very tasty. Our boxer Jenke felt just as comfortable. We'd love to come back.

The food was good. The staff is committed, but unfortunately not very attentive. I didn't feel very welcome. I can't really pinpoint the reason. Sorry!

Much too expensive .... milk coffee 6 euros .... price-performance ratio - 1 star-- For this I was served very unfriendly by the young man ... Had that before in the summer ... but today I thought: "Everyone deserves a second chance" ..This was definitely the last.

Cozy restaurant with a view of the winter sports area. The dishes are all delicious and rich. There is a special menu for children and those who want to have breakfast can do so here.

Very tasty food and very cozy. Also very suitable for families with children. Barrier-free. Service very nice and courteous. Ambience simply makes you want to stay for a long time.

Fair food and nice personal

Good food, a huge number of vegetarian and vegan options, delicious drinks, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Fine shop! Very good starting point from the bike park or the adventure mountain. During Corona times, all waiters are out and about with masks, disinfectant dispensers are out, tables, chairs and other contact surfaces are regularly disinfected. There are many ways to sit outside. Lists are kept per table and are not freely available for all to see with the contact details of all customers. Everything makes you feel good; thank you!

pricey but nice. kind of rude service

Tasty burgers, tasty latte machiato, superb food and a nice view.

The ambience is just fantastic. The fireplace ensures an incomparable cosiness. The service was very courteous and very quick. Everything was flawless with the food too. My steak was perfectly medium rare. Exactly how I wanted it. So, very clear recommendation from me.

Very beautiful view. The breakfast itself was delicious, but unfortunately I had an eggshell in my scrambled eggs. The communication between guest and service could have been better and more friendly. Unfortunately, there were misunderstandings with us, so we ordered some more rolls afterwards. The surcharge was unfortunately not justified for a croissant and two small rolls, where one of them was hard. In addition, the drinks were there later than breakfast.

Surprisingly good: although it's the perfect location to expect a tourist trap, the food is pretty good. Burger was excellent (lots of bacon and a good salsa mayonnaise) and so was the cappuccino.

Very great store. We were there for breakfast and enjoyed the gourmet breakfast. This was really delicious and included everything you needed. In addition, it was my husband's birthday that day, which I had written to the owner in advance and asked to bake a small cake for my husband. You made this very cute too. Many thanks again for the great service, the great breakfast and the lovely decorated cake. When we are back in Winterberg we will definitely come back.

Very nice view and a good start to explore the Winterberger cap. Prices not overly expensive and the portions good. Our currywurst was delicious and the sauce was great. It is worth a trip and there is a lot on offer for children and young people in the vicinity.

Here they know what doing business with a smile is! (despite the mouth masks) friendly welcoming clean toilets clean tables no long wait and normal prices! We recommend this to everyone if you are in winter mountain during the summer! Spoken in English, German or Dutch! No question is too much covid measures have been taken into account !! Don't be tempted by the view at the bobhaus, everything is the opposite !!

If you plan on skiing or even walk around, this place is undoubtedly a great place to visit. There are small parks, summer rides and most importantly skiing are during winter. The restaurant is located on a hill top where you can a breathtaking view of misty mountains. They also have a Panorama bridge if you need a more clear 360 view. The restaurant is spacious and cozy. The staff is friendly, yet speaks less English. There is a small waiting time for food, but you van enjoy a nice coffee with a nice view. The food is good even though it's a bit expensive. They have different menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you have a lot to choose from. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Tip: Flamcucken was great!

Lovely experience. Was on a solo trip. Great food with with lovely view. If you are skiing, perfect place to energize yourself in the warmth with lunch.

Ordered 2 currywurst with Fries. After 1 hour not have been served, asked the dutch owner what went wrong . He apologised, gave a free drink and within 10 minutes we got our food .

Had a coffee and milk on a quiet Thursday afternoon. Beautiful place, cool chairs, and excellent, attentive service. My request for a small glass of cold milk (not on the menu) was fulfilled without any issue whatsoever. Not even a blink to indicate inconvenience. I’m sorry I already had lunch since today is Rösti day, and they sound great. Also wish I could have tried the build-your-own-Hamburger menu. Oh, and there’s a fantastic view on 3 sides of the restaurant.

Was going to give this place close to 5 stars for excellent waffle, hinbeercake, apfelstrudle etc.. until we made a small comment about the piece of cheesecake we were served. It was dry like cardboard, baked many days ago. The fresh cheesecake advertised in the fridge was untouched. I would forgive normally the mistake of serving this piece. Somebody in the kitchen made a mistake. This can happen. But the rude answer we got from the dutch waiter is not the way to deal with honest, polite feedback. A good experience ruined in 15 seconds. Update: I changed the review to 3* after the nice and honest feedback we received. thx

The soup with beef bullion we ordered (see the picture) was not tasty. For the rest the food was good, big portions. Really nice view. The staff was not very friendly and did not speak English. There is a very small playground inside with a lot of toys and other things for children, which is very good! We could come with our dog without a problem.

Paid parking(5euro per day, 1.5per hour), close to skilift, plenty kids playground , restaurants panorama has excellent food/kids super change room. Service: fast, but hospitality can be improved, however, we came with kids/mess, staff are very accommodating. We have no complain.

Just as its written a panorama view from finest ! Especially if u got snow , its beautiful !

One very hungry person in our group ordered food while the rest were still arriving. After 30 min and noone came to our table to take the remaining orders, we tried to ask them. They thought we were complaining about the wait for the food, didn't stay long enough for us to explain we needed to order still, and then completely ignored us. After 1 hour, we managed to pay for the 1 dish and left. Terrible service.
